Litigation

We generally do our own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal and have considerable experience of successfully doing so.  We will instruct barristers only after agreement with our client and where it makes commercial sense.

Training

We provide training across the full range of employment law topics tailored to meet each client’s particular requirements.  That might be a course on the basics of employment law or a half day (or more) course on any particular employment problem from managing absences, conducting grievance and disciplinary meetings to preparing for an Employment Tribunal.
